Immunoassay for Bioanalysis with Nanozymes

  • Bioassays by immunoassay allow detection without any analyte enrichment, purification, or pretreatment, which is often required for standard methods such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry, or gas chromatography.
  • Especially in clinical diagnosis, complex samples, such as whole blood, serum or urine, contain a large number of interfering factors including DNA, protein, amino acid, sugar, hormones, etc. Therefore, immunoassay is significantly better than standard methods in terms of simplicity and sensitivity.
