Description

The enzyme was studied using the semisynthetic substrate 2-debenzoyl-7,13-diacetylbaccatin III. It will not acylate the hydroxy group at 1β, 7β, 10β or 13α of 10-deacetyl baccatin III, or at 2α or 5α of taxa-4(20),11-diene-2α,5α-diol.
