Product Overview

This proteolytic enzyme preparation hydrolyzes peptide bonds in protein substrates under acidic conditions, releasing amino acids or polypeptides. In fermentation broths, hydrolysis of suspended proteins can help clarify haze and provide amino acids that support yeast growth, thereby accelerating fermentation and increasing yield.

Enzymes are protein substances. Inhalation of enzyme powder or mist may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, and prolonged contact may irritate the skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
Avoid inhaling enzyme dust and wear a face mask during handling.
If the product contacts the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash hands with warm water and soap after contact. Keep out of reach of children and avoid unnecessary contact.
