Algal Lyase is a mixed enzyme preparation developed by our company, derived from Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Trichoderma reesei, Carica papaya, and others. It is suitable for alkaline or acid treatment processes of kelp, aiding in more effective enzymatic hydrolysis of kelp. Its optimal pH is 6.8, and the optimal temperature range is 55 to 58°C
