Description

An alkaline surfactant auxiliary for intensive leather degreasing, formulated to emulsify and redisperse fats during wet-end processing.

Applications

Suitable for degreasing pig, bovine, and sheepskin leather; may also be used during soaking, deliming, and rewetting.

Appearance

Light yellow transparent viscous liquid; natural whitening during storage does not affect performance.

Product Overview

The product reduces interfacial tension between fat and water, allowing grease to be removed from within the hide during soaking, deliming, and degreasing. It helps reduce the possibility of chrome-soap formation while keeping the treated hide soft without damaging collagen structure.
