Description

All non-collagenous tissues of fresh bovine achilles tendon were removed and cut into small pieces. Extract at 0°C for 6 days and replace the Na2HP04 solution several times to remove soluble proteins. Then extracted with 25% KCl solution at 0°C for 6 days to remove mucopolysaccharides. Finally, the residue was washed thoroughly with water, dehydrated with anhydrous ethanol, and air-dried.
