Description
1. Wash the pork skin to remove dirt and impurities. Then steam sterilized.
2. The cleaned pork skin is cut into small pieces and acid solution is used to remove inorganic substances and enzymatic degradation to dissolve collagen.
3. The acid solution dissolves the collagen and is heated to speed up the reaction.
4. After dissolving the collagen, adjust the pH of the solution to make it precipitate.
5. Wash and dry to obtain collagen.
Soluble in 0.01 M to 0.5 M acetic acid, the maximum concentration is 10 mg/ml.
