Description

Dextran is a complex and branched glucan. Due to the different number of polymerized glucose molecules, dextran is divided into four types: high molecular weight dextran, medium molecular weight dextran, low molecular weight dextran and small molecular weight dextran. It can prevent the aggregation of red blood cells and platelets, reduce blood viscosity, thereby improving microcirculation.
