Description

Mouse lung elastin peptide is obtained by enzymatic treatment of mouse lung elastin with mouse pancreatic elastase, followed by removal of residual elastase by affinity chromatography. The final peptide was obtained by dialysis, filtration and lyophilization.
The prepared peptides were salt-free and soluble in water and biological buffer solution.
