This recombinant His-tagged enzyme has a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and a specific activity of 50 U/µL. It efficiently hydrolyzes high-mannose, hybrid, and biantennary complex-type IgG glycans and has no detectable exoglycosidase contamination or proteolytic activity.
