Cell-permeable. A potent and irreversible FAAH (Fatty Acid Amide Hydrolase) inhibitor. Inhibits FAAH in a time-dependent manner by covalently modifying the enzymes active site serine (IC50 = 33 nM). It is highly selective for FAAH relative to other mammalian serine hydrolases.
