Description

Feed Neutral Protease is a hydrolase for protein hydrolysis in feed. It breaks down macromolecular proteins into smaller peptides, amino acids, and other products to support protein absorption, nutrient utilization, and feed digestibility.

Applications

Hydrolyzes proteins in feed and accelerates protein degradation in the intestinal tract.
Supplements insufficient endogenous digestive enzymes in young animals and may reduce the risk of diarrhea.
Improves feed nutrient utilization and supports animal production performance.

This feed-use neutral protease is intended to function under near-neutral gastrointestinal conditions and to retain useful activity during conventional feed pelleting, supporting practical incorporation into complete-feed formulations.

Relatively high activity at pH 6.0–7.5.

Thermal stability

After mixing with feed and treatment at 75–95°C for 5 minutes, enzyme activity remains relatively high at 85°C; conventional feed pelleting has minimal impact on performance.

Storage

Protect from light and store at low temperature in a dry, well-ventilated environment. Under cool, dry conditions in original sealed packaging, shelf life is 12 months.

Warnings

Enzyme preparations are proteins. Inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols may cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals, and prolonged contact may irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. Wear a face mask during handling to avoid inhaling enzyme dust; after skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
