Description

A higher-density composite concrete pumping admixture based on a naphthalene high-range water-reducing system with slump-retaining and auxiliary components.

Applications

Designed for long-distance transport and site pumping of ready-mixed concrete, including medium- and higher-strength concrete and mixes up to approximately C45.

Product Overview

The product provides early-strength and strengthening effects while supporting impermeability, frost resistance, setting control, and slump retention. It can be used with hard gypsum or phosphogypsum-regulated cement following compatibility testing and does not promote corrosion of reinforcing steel.

Storage

Store in the original sealed package above 0°C. Shelf life: 6 months.

Warnings

Control dosage within the tested range. Confirm compatibility when used with mineral admixtures or different cement systems.

Quality

Density: 1.16-1.23.
pH: 7-9.

Usage

Normal dosage range: 1.5-2.5%; typical dosage: 2.0%. Determine dosage by trial. Conduct an adaptability test when first using the product or changing cement type. Calculate water reduction based on total cementitious material and extend concrete mixing time by at least 30 seconds after addition.
