Description

Recombinant Human Chitinase-1/CHIT1 Protein is produced using a HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with the sequence (Ala22-Asn466) of human CHIT1 fused with a C-terminal 6xHis tag. CHIT1 (Chitotriosidase-1) is a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 18 family and chitinase class II subfamily, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of chitin and plays important roles in innate immunity and inflammatory responses. This product exhibits high biological activity and purity, suitable for research applications in immunology and infectious disease studies.
