IC87114 is a selective PI3K-delta selectivity relative to the other class I PI3Ks. The IC50 of IC87114 for PI3K-delta inhibition was 0.5 uM whereas the IC50 values for PI3K-alpha, PI3K-beta, and PI3K-gamma were 100 uM, 75 uM, and 29 uM, respectively. IC87114 is 58-fold more selective for PI3K-delta relative to PI3K-gamma, and over 100-fold selective relative to PI3K-alpha and PI3K-beta.
