Description

L-Choline bitartrate is the L-(+)-tartrate salt of choline, supplied as a colorless transparent or white crystalline powder. It is hygroscopic with a sour taste, odorless or with a faint trimethylamine-like odor, freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and insoluble in ether, chloroform, and benzene.
