Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD⁺) is an essential coenzyme in cellular energy transfer, driving the majority of physiological processes by powering ATP generation. However, its large molecular weight and complex structure prevent easy passage through cell membranes, resulting in poor bioavailability and limited efficacy.
