Description

A water-soluble anionic macromolecular acrylate retanning agent developed for selective filling and improved uniformity in chrome-tanned leather.

Applications

Suitable for pigskin, sheepskin garment leather, bovine split suede, bovine furniture leather, and shoe upper leather.

Yellow-brown transparent liquid.

Product Overview

The polymer provides strong selective filling because of active groups along the molecular chain. It preferentially fills loose structural areas, reduces variation between different parts of the hide, increases yield, keeps the leather full and soft, and provides a cleaning and tightening effect.
