Description

Nα-Fmoc-D-lysine hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt of Fmoc-protected D-lysine, in which the side-chain ε-amino group is present in its protonated, unprotected form. It is used in peptide synthesis where a free lysine side chain is required or where subsequent selective side-chain protection is planned.

Applications
