Description

Nα-Fmoc-glycyl-glycyl-glycine is a protected triglycine building block in which the N-terminal amino group carries the base-labile Fmoc protecting group and the C-terminal carboxyl group is free for coupling. It is designed for direct incorporation of a Gly-Gly-Gly segment in Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis.
