Product Overview

Fmoc-Lys(Ddiv)-OH carries base-labile Fmoc protection on the α-amino group and the Ddiv [1-(4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxocyclohexylidene)-3-methylbutyl] group on the ε-amino group. Ddiv is stable to both piperidine and TFA and is removed with hydrazine, providing an orthogonal handle for site-selective side-chain modification, branching and cyclization.
