Applications
Driselase from Basidiomycetes has been used in a study to assess the digestion by fungal glycanases of arabinoxylans with different feruloylated side-chains. Driselase from Basidiomycetes has also been used in a study to investigate the purification, characterization, and mode of action of a rhamnogalacturonan hydrolase. The enzyme from Creative Enzymes has been used as a control while testing the ability of p-coumaroyl esterase to release p-coumaroyl and feruloyl groups from intact cell walls. It has also been used in the protoplast preparation from mycelia during a study to investigate the pathogenicity of Cochliobolus carbonum on Maize.
