Neutral Protease is a neutral-active protease preparation produced by submerged fermentation of high-yield Bacillus strains. It is used for leather softening and depilation, silk degumming, hydrolysis of animal and plant proteins, brewing, and feed processing.

Product Overview

Under neutral conditions, this protease hydrolyzes peptide bonds in protein-containing materials to release peptides and amino acids. In fermentation broths, conversion of suspended proteins to amino acids can reduce haze, support yeast growth, accelerate fermentation, and improve yield.

Neutral Protease is described as non-toxic and biodegradable. Avoid unnecessary exposure and keep out of reach of children. Prolonged contact with proteins in the product may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wash hands with warm water and soap after contact.
