Description

Nuclease is extracted by deep liquid fermentation and ultrafiltration. Nuclease can degrade single-stranded, double-stranded, linear, circular, natural or denatured DNA or RNA under very wide conditions to produce 5'-monophosphate oligonucleotides with a length of 3 to 5 bases. This product has a wide range of uses and is often used to remove nucleic acids from biological products such as recombinant proteins and viral vaccines, and to effectively reduce the viscosity of protein lysate samples such as cells, tissues, and microorganisms.
