PHA-665752 can inhibit c-MET with IC50 of 9 nM. For cell lines:(1) PHA-665752 can decrease the numbers of premalignant lung lesions and induced apoptosis in tumor cells and vascular endothelial cells within lesions.PHA-665752 induced apoptosis of a lung adenocarcinoma cell line derived from Kras(LA1) mice (LKR-13) and a murine lung endothelial cell line (MEC). And PHA-665752 inhibited lung tumorigenesis in Kras(LA1) mice. (2) PHA-665752 triggers massive apoptosis in 5 of 5 gastric cancer cell lines with MET amplification.
