Description

Rebaudioside M is a minor but remarkable component of the steviol-glycoside family, accounting for 0.3–1.0 % of the total stevia extract. With a relative sweetness 200–350 times that of sucrose, it delivers the low-calorie, high-intensity sweetness stevia is known for, yet offers a uniquely clean, sugar-like taste that is universally preferred. In fact, Rebaudioside M is the steviol glycoside whose flavour profile most closely mimics that of cane sugar: it is noticeably sweeter than the market-dominant Rebaudioside A and carries significantly less bitterness, positioning it as the next-generation sweetener of choice.
