Product Overview
The enzyme cleaves the glycosidic bond of both MTA and SAH to release adenine and the corresponding thioribose product. It also converts 5-deoxyadenosine and accepts several related thioadenosine/adenosylhomocysteine analogs and purine ribonucleosides in vitro.
