Product Overview

The prepared tanning liquor has uniformly distributed molecular size, charge, and component proportions. The product provides good buffering, promotes more complete chromium absorption and collagen binding, reduces chromium remaining in spent liquor, and produces wet-blue leather with fine grain, good elasticity, and a light, even color.

Usage

Main chrome tanning: typically 6-8% based on pelt weight. Retanning: typically 3-5% based on shaved wet-blue weight.
