Inhibits the cell surface binding of various growth factors including PDGF, EGF, FGFa and FGFb. Blocks association of G protein α and β/γ-subunits. Potent competitive inhibitor of reverse transcriptase and protects T lymphocytes against in vitro human immunodeficiency virus infection
