Product Overview

The enzyme converts glucose and glucosamine to their 6-phosphate derivatives and is highly specific for ADP as the phosphate donor. No activity was detected when ADP was replaced by ATP, GDP, phosphoenolpyruvate, diphosphate, or polyphosphate.
