Description
The diguanylate cyclase from Agrobacterium vitis has been engineered to remove phosphodiesterase activity, allowing for production of cyclic-diGMP from guanosine triphosphate (GTP) without the production of 5'-phosphoguanylyl-(3',5')-guanosine (pGpG).
