Esterase Isoenzymes may be used to identify the mon ocytic element in normal and leukemic cells. They may be used for the bi ochemical characterization of different hematopoietic cell lineages and stages of differentiation when studying leukemias and lymphomas. Esterase Isoenzyme is recombinant and from porcine liver. It is expressed in E. coli.
