Description
PEG (Polyethylene glycol) modified cholesterol esterase (PEG Cholesterol Esterase) isone of our premier cholesterol esterase conjugates. Cholesterol esterase is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of cholesterol esters into their sterol components and fatty acids. Cholesterol esterase has clinical applications in the determination of serum cholesterol combined with other enzymes. PEG modified cholesterol esterase shows better stability with good reactivity. All our labeled cholesterol esterase products were performed under mild reaction conditions to retain their maximum bioactivity. These conjugates were further purified by chromatography to ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
